At Re:nu, we aim to make purchasing treatments, packages, memberships and wellness products simple and transparent. Please read the following information carefully before making a purchase.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Prices may be amended at any time without prior notice.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless an approved payment plan or membership arrangement is in place.
Promotional pricing is available only during the advertised promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Treatments & Packages
Treatment sessions, packages and wellness bundles are non-transferable and may only be used by the named account holder.
Unless otherwise stated, all treatment packages and individual sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Unused sessions will expire after the validity period and cannot be extended.
Membership Purchases
Memberships are subject to the Terms & Conditions available on our website.
By purchasing a membership, you agree to:
- the applicable minimum membership term
- recurring monthly payments where applicable
- the membership cancellation policy
- the membership usage rules and credit allocation
Gift cards and promotional vouchers
Gift cards and promotional vouchers:
- cannot be exchanged for cash
- are non-refundable
- cannot be replaced if lost or stolen unless required by law
- must be redeemed before their expiry date where applicable
Refunds
Refunds are administered in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund any purchase where fraudulent activity, payment irregularities or misuse of promotions is suspected.
